I want to make sure specific caregivers are alerted for certain departments—why can’t I set that up?

You can alert specific caregivers per department by overruling the community procedure in the Department level modifications section of the Procedure tab in Escalation flow.

You cannot set up an escalation procedure for a single housing unit. Housing units follow their department’s procedure, or the community procedure if the department does not overrule it.

To alert specific caregivers for one department, overrule the community procedure for that department:

  1. Go to Escalation flow and open the Procedure tab.
  2. Scroll to Department level modifications.
  3. Click Edit next to the department.
  4. Click Overrule. Nobi copies the community phone numbers. Then add or remove phone numbers for this department.

Nobi then calls only the phone numbers set for this department. Informational emails and mobile notifications set for the community still go out.
