If you’re using a peripheral switch, it is possible that the switch is not paired to the Nobi light. Learn how to pair the Control Light Button - Nobi Button (Self-Powered), the Control Light Button - Wireless Switching Interface (On-Wall) or the Wired Switching Interface as a switch.
