Alis Integration

Learn what the Alis integration keeps aligned between Alis and Nobi.

What

Integrations connect external systems to Nobi. Alis is a master data integration. Master data integrations connect Nobi with the system your community already keeps its resident records in.

Resident, housing unit and community information is entered once, in Alis, and is sent to Nobi automatically. Alis is the source for residents, housing units, which resident lives in which housing unit, and the structure of the community.

Why

The resident list in Nobi matches Alis. When a resident moves in, moves out or changes housing unit in Alis, Nobi updates to match. Care staff maintain resident records in one place, which means less double work and fewer errors.

1. What to set up before you start

  • You need integration user credentials (a username and password) from your Alis account manager.
  • Add the integration in Nobi with your Alis username and password. The webhook token is filled in automatically.
  • Map in this order: community, then housing units, then residents.
  • Housing units and residents already in Nobi can be matched to their records in Alis. If none exist in Nobi yet, they are created from Alis.

2. What comes from Alis
