When you forget your password, you lose access to the Nobi application. Resetting it ensures you can keep working without interruptions. It keeps your account secure and helps protect resident data. Resetting your password is easy to do yourself.

Detailed steps
Follow the steps below to reset your password.
- From the Nobi login page, click Forgot password.
- Enter your email address or username and click Reset password.
- You’ll see a message confirming an email has been sent.
- Go to your email inbox, open the email from Nobi, and click Set password.
- Enter your new password and click Set password.
Your password has now been reset. You can log in again with your new password.
